Yuchen Cook

Yuchen represents a diverse set of clients in commercial disputes, corporate governance disputes, contract disputes, civil appeals, real property disputes, trust & estate litigation, and intellectual property disputes.

Prior to joining Richards Brandt Miller Nelson, Yuchen worked for a non-profit agency in upstate New York to provide legal counsel and representation to Afghan clients seeking lawful status in the United States.

Yuchen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
