Matthew C. (Matt) Barneck

Matt has litigated a wide variety of commercial cases at the trial and appellate levels, including corporate and LLC ownership and management disputes, business contracts, receivership estates, trust and estate litigation, property use and ownership, real estate broker/agent liability, and tax issues.  He has been appointed as a receiver and has also represented parties with claims in receivership cases.  Matt has represented many of his clients in mediations as well as several arbitrations.

He is admitted to practice in Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming; in the United States District Courts in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and the Southern District of Illinois; the United States Courts of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Seventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
