Alexandria M. Westover

Alex Westover joined Richard Brandt Miller Nelson’s business law, construction, and real estate groups upon graduating from the Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School. During law school, Alex served as an Executive Editor on the BYU Law Review and competed on the Moot Court National Team. Her practice focuses on corporate and real estate matters, including business formation, commercial transactions, compliance, women-owned small business certification, landlord/tenant disputes, property use and ownership, and general corporate and transactional law. Alex assists clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, construction, development, property management, and others.
