David H. Tolk

David specializes in representing employers and insurance carriers in the defense and resolution of workers’ compensation claims. He has successfully litigated numerous complex workers’ compensation industrial accidents and occupational disease claims before the Utah Labor Commission and the Utah Court of Appeals.

David is also a successful composer and pianist, he has released nine instrumental piano albums which have received national and international distribution.
